How does coaching work?
Coaching is conducted on a weekly basis in hour-long telephone or Zoom calls. I provide unlimited text and voice-note support between sessions. I enjoy being a hands-on coach and getting updates from my clients between sessions.

All clients start with an initial strategy session where we create a big-picture roadmap: what they want their life to look like a year from now. From there, we start breaking down those goals into weekly/daily, manageable action steps.
We use our weekly coaching sessions to work through the challenges that come up on the way to achieving your goals - whether that be procrastination, indecision, imposter syndrome, or just needing a place to break down the next steps for your current project.

In ADHD-coaching, I integrate ADHD-friendly systems & tools into our work to improve on time management, planning, scheduling, and productivity.


Pricing
$1200 / Two Month, 8 Session Package ($150/session)

$1600 / Three Month, 12 Session Package ($130/session)

I require all new-clients start with a 2-month, weekly initial commitment.
​
However, if you feel after 1 month that we are not a good fit or that you haven't made progress, I will happily refund your package No questions asked.
